<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet capable of improving both front brightness and contrast with a simpler structure. <P>SOLUTION: An optical sheet comprises an adhesive layer 11 including an adhesive and having a wavelength filter function to absorb light of at least a part of a wavelength region of visible light for attenuating the light quantity; and a deflection layer 12 stacked on the adhesive layer for deflecting light by refracting it on an interface with the adhesive layer. The deflection layer includes a plurality of unit optical elements 14a projecting toward the adhesive layer and arranged along a vertical direction. Each unit optical element has a first face 14b corresponding to an upper face inclined by an angle θ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>against a normal direction of a sheet surface on an observer side of the optical sheet and a second face 14c corresponding to a lower face inclined by an angle θ<SB POS="POST">2</SB>against the normal direction of the sheet surface on the observer side of the optical sheet, the angle θ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is larger than the angle θ<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and each unit optical element has a larger refractive index than that of the adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
