<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoother texture to a conventional botargo processed product, thereby creating a new taste that other roe processed products do not have. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a botargo processed product includes a membrane peeling step for peeling egg membranes from a botargo roe ovary, and a kneading step for grinding the roe from which the egg membranes have been peeled.
