Proposed is a foam discharger configured so that liquid in a liquid cylinder (21) and air in an air cylinder (20) are converged to create foam by up and down movement of an actuating member (C), and foam is discharged from a discharge port of a discharge head (50), wherein the structure of the discharge head can be formed extremely thin, and the discharge rate can thereby be increased. The discharge head (50) is formed from a first member (50a) and a second member (50b) having a specialized form that are easily punched and can be formed thin.
