The present invention provides a content access management system comprising: a family/acquaintance information database which stores at least family/acquaintance information relating to families and acquaintances on the basis of contract information relating to contractors of a communications carrier; a content holder information database which stores holder information regarding content holders; an access user authentication unit which specifies a user requesting access to a predetermined content; an access permission/denial determination unit which determines whether the access to the content by the user should be permitted or denied on the basis of the content holder information acquired from the content owner information database regarding the content to which the access is requested and the family/acquaintance information of the specified user.
