<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a polyurethane resin without causing odor annoyance or toxicity and environmental issues. <P>SOLUTION: The process for producing a polyurethane resin comprises reacting polyols and polyisocyanates in the presence of an amine composition represented by formulae (1) and (2). In formula (1), R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>each independently represent H, 1-4C alkyl, hydroxyl, hydroxymethyl or 1-4C alkoxy, and m is 1 or 2.
