<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic composition and an electronic component capable of obtaining a sintered body which enables low-temperature baking, has a low dielectric loss in a high frequency area and is excellent in plating corrosion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic composition includes a main phase component expressed by Ba<SB POS="POST">4</SB>(Re<SB POS="POST">(1-x)</SB>, Bi<SB POS="POST">x</SB>)<SB POS="POST">9.33</SB>Ti<SB POS="POST">18</SB>O<SB POS="POST">54</SB>, a first sub-component containing 0.3-1.4 pts.mass B component, 0.1-0.3 pts.mass Li component, 1.5-7 pts.mass Zn component, and 1.5-2 pts.mass Ag component in terms of an oxide on the basis of a 100 pts.mass main phase component, and a second sub-component containing a 0-1.25 pts.mass Si component, a 0-1.25 pts.mass Al component and a 0-5 pts.mass Bi component in terms of an oxide on the basis of a100 pts.mass main phase component. The electronic component has a ceramic layer obtained by sintering the ceramic component and a conductor layer which is on the surface and/or in an inner part of the ceramic layer and obtained by simultaneously being sintered with the ceramic composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
