PURPOSE: A password management system and a method of thereof are provided to enable a user to memorize new password through learning. CONSTITUTION: In a password input step(S1), a password is input. In a password determining step(S2), a password is compared with the saved password and is determined. In an input frequency storage step(S3), the input frequency of password is stored. The input frequency comparison step(S4), the input frequency of password is compared with a standard value. In a password determining step(S5), a password is determined as a final password.
