The pneumatic brake azimuth has multiple planar pneumatic actuators that are positioned on a lower side of a machine frame. The braking pads act on the upper side of a stationary bearing ring and are fixed on the pneumatic actuators. The pneumatic actuators are connected in the tangential direction by a positive connection with a form-fitting element to the machine frame.
