PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing environmentally-friendly and functionalized fusion powder containing silica is provided to semi-permanently use the efficiency of silica contained in polyester by mixing and synthesizing the polyester and the silica. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing environmentally-friendly and functionalized fusion powder containing silica includes the following: silica of high purify is obtained from silicate(S110); the silica is primarily combusted at a temperature between 180 and 300 degrees Celsius for 2 to 3 hours; the primarily combusted silica is secondarily combusted at a temperature between 800 and 850 degrees Celsius for 3 to 10 hours to change the mass, the gravity, the electronic number, and the ion number of ore contained in the silica(S120); the combusted silica is pulverized(S130); and the silica is aged and dried to obtain fusion material powder(S140, S150). |
