PURPOSE: A rotational device for a robot and a robot arm using the same are provided to improve power transmission efficiency and to minimize the power reduction of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotational device for a robot comprises a screw member(100a) and a nut member(200a). The nut member is engaged with the screw member and is interlocked with the screw member. The screw member and the nut member are coupled to respectively perform a linear motion and a rotational motion. As one of the screw member or the nut member is driven with the linear motion or the rotational motion. If one of the screw member or the nut member is driven in the linear motion or the rotational motion, a target rotational object(R) is rotated while being interlocked with the motion of the rest one.
