The invention relates to a method for operating a conveyor device (1), in which a desired sequence (A1) of occupancy (Z) of at least one object (17..19) at a first position (p1) is detected or said type of desired sequence (A1) is predetermined. Then an actual sequence (A2) of occupancy (Z) of the at least one object (17..19) is detected in a second position (p2) which is downstream of the first position (p1) in the direction of conveyance (z). In another step, the actual sequence (A1) is compared to the desired sequence (A2) and an alarm signal is emitted if the determined difference exceeds a predefined threshold. Alternatively or additionally, measurements can be taken for aligning the actual sequence (A2) to the desired sequence (A1). The invention also relates to a conveyor device (1) for carrying out the claimed method according to the invention. |
