A protein capable of specifically binding to human TNF± (tumor necrosis factor alpha) is provided, i.e. human anti-TNF± monoclonal antibody derived from human B cells. The light and heavy chains of the antibody comprise the amino acid sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO: 8 and SEQ ID NO: 9 or 10, respectively. The encoding gene, the Fab antibody and the use in the preparation of the medicament for treating TNF±-related inflammation of the anti-TNF± antibody are also provided. |
