PURPOSE: A polymerizable liquid crystal composition and an optical anisotropic body are provided to facilitate control of tilt angles and to have wide range of liquid-crystalline phase expression domain. CONSTITUTION: A polymerizable liquid crystal composition comprises one or more compounds selected from compound groups which are represented by chemical formula (1) and one or more compound selected from compound groups which are represented by chemical formulas (2-1)-(2-2). In the chemical formula(1), W^11 independently indicates hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, methyl or ethyl, W^12 independently indicates hydrogen, halogen, nitro, cyano, C1-7 alkyl or C1-7 alkoxy. X^1 independently indicates hydrogen or trifluoromethyl and Y^1 independently indicates C1-20 alkylene.
