<p>An illuminating wrist exerciser includes upper 10 and lower 20 casing members, a ring 30, a rotor 50, a magnetic element 40, an illumination control board 60, a plurality of illuminators 70, 71, and a coil holder 80 having a number of coils 831. The upper 10 and lower 20 casing members mate each other to form an interior space receiving the rotor therein. Opposite ends of the rotor 50 are rotatably coupled to the ring 30. The magnetic element 40 is mounted to the ring 30. The illumination control circuit board 60 and the coil holder 80 are received in a recess defined in one of the ends of the rotor 50. The coil holder 80 forms a bore such that the magnetic element 40 is received therein in such a way that the magnetic element 40 and the coils 831 are set in a co-planer arrangement. Electrical power is induced in the coils 831 when they are rotated around the magnetic element 40, which power is fed to the illumination control circuit board 60, which in turn controls the lighting of the illuminators.</p> |
