The mark has a reflecting layer (2) reflecting electromagnetic waves, and another layer (5a) made of nematic liquid crystalline polymers. The nematic liquid crystalline polymer layer is directly attached to a metallic cluster layer (4) and provided on a carrier substrate (1), which is laminated against the metallic cluster layer. The nematic liquid crystalline polymer layer is attached to a polymer spacer layer (3), and a set of magnetic layers are provided on both sides of the carrier substrate symmetrically or asymmetrically. An independent claim is also included for a method for visibly making color tilting effect.
