A method of calibrating a device comprising: imaging an object in a viewfinder of a device; obtaining a device location from a location mechanism and a device orientation from an orientation mechanism; and using the obtained device location and device orientation to calibrate one or more of the location mechanism and the orientation mechanism such that a difference between an expected location of the object in the viewfinder and a location of the object in the viewfinder is reduced.
