PURPOSE: A producing method of pickled yellow dried pollack using soybean paste is provided to offer the soft taste of the pickled yellow dried pollack to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pickled yellow dried pollack using soybean paste comprises the following steps: removing scales and fins from naturally dried yellow dried pollack; mixing the yellow dried pollack with pepper, and covering the mixture with the soybean paste before aging the mixture for several months; peeling the skin from the fermented yellow dried pollack before cutting or ripping, and cutting the fermented pepper into the constant size; and mixing the ripped yellow dried pollack, the cut pepper, the soybean paste, red pepper powder, refined sugar, minced garlic, sesame seed powder, and sesame oil. |
