PURPOSE: An electronic book terminal, a server, and a service supplying method thereof are provided to automatically update modified parts without downloading or purchasing electronic book content and to supply update information in real time. CONSTITUTION: A storing unit(110) stores content. A display unit(120) displays an icon corresponding to the content. The display unit displays an update mark to an icon. The icon is matched with the content having update information. A controlling unit(130) controls the display unit in order to display link information about updated content if the icon is selected by adding the update mark.
