PURPOSE: A photographing device, a photographing system, and an operating method are provided to reduce a load of a photographing system by applying the same correction data to a pixel of the same color. CONSTITUTION: Each pixel unit(201n,201(n+1)) includes first to third photoelectric conversion units. The second photoelectric conversion unit generates a charged with incident light of a first color. The third photoelectric conversion unit generates a charge with incident light of a second color. Amplification transistors(204n,204(n+1)) are provided to the first to third photoelectric conversion units respectively. Each amplification transistor outputs a signal based on charges which are generated by the first and third photoelectric conversion units. A control unit sets the pixel unit to be selectable or non selectable according to the electric potential of each control terminal of the amplification transistors.
