PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing reference sample for sediment behavior and a method for tracing the sediment behavior using the same are provided to prevent a landslide, or to reduce damages caused by the landslide. CONSTITUTION: A method for tracing sediment behavior using reference sample for sediment behavior is as follows. Loess crushed materials and magnetite crushed materials are formed by smashing magnetite and red clay in fixed sizes(S10). The loess crushed materials are mixed with the magnetite crushed material at a certain ratio, and a sample compound is formed(S20). Sample plastic materials are formed by calcifying the sample compound(S30). A soil behavior standard sample is formed by cooking the sample plastic materials(S40).
