PURPOSE: A building management service providing method using a smart apparatus is provided to rapidly and accurately transmit management schedules and business directions by transmitting the business direction to a worker terminal according to a management schedule received from a manager terminal. CONSTITUTION: A service providing server which provides a building management service receives the management schedule for a building from a manager terminal(S200). The daily work of a worker, work processing method, or directions received from the manager terminal are transmitted to the manager terminal(S400). Work processing results are stored by receiving the work processing results from the manager terminal(S500). The work processing result is transmitted to the manager terminal(S600). |
