There are describe the cooling effect of concentrates containing polymeric carrier based on polypropylene, additives and pigments on the base of carbon black having a specific remission curve in the infrared area from 400 to 2400 nm in an amount of 5 to 10 wt. %. Those concentrates are suitable for the production of pigmented polypropylene fibers, each measuring weight of 1 to 10 dtex, preferably from 1 to 5 dtex and the production of pigmented plastics. The content of the pigment in plastic or fiber is 1.5 to 3.0 wt. %., preferably 3 % by weight. Polypropylene fibers are suitable as a final product or blended with other fibers, the preferred ratio is 30 to 70 wt. %. for polypropylene fiber, which is placed in front side of the product. |
