PURPOSE: A non-face-to-face card payment method using one time password and system thereof are provided to conveniently offer online card payment by enabling a user to use a number generator. CONSTITUTION: A registration processing unit(210) stores card identification information and fixed identification information received from a user terminal in a storage medium. A reception processing unit(205) receives the fixed identification information, one time password, and payment password using a separate one time password payment interface. An authentication processing unit(215) processes the receive one time password number using the fixed identification information.
