PURPOSE: A device for preventing a water pipe from freezing and bursting for a water pipe is provided to prevent a water pipe from freezing in the winter by circulating water stored in the water pipe at the drop in temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing a water pipe from freezing and bursting for a water pipe comprises a body(101), a return pipe(105), and a pump(108). Fasteners are formed on both sides of the body. A suction port is formed on one end of the return pipe, and a discharge port is formed on the other end thereof. The suction port is connected to the inner space of the body connected to a water pipe(20). The discharge port is inserted into the water pipe coupled to the fasteners. The pump sucks water from the suction port of the return pipe and circulates the sucked water to the discharge port.
