PURPOSE: A safe brassiere is provided to improve the style of clothes and to flow lymph of lymphatic vessel and blood of blood vessel. CONSTITUTION: A safe brassiere comprises a bias tape(20), extrusion pressing units(26), and an oppression release unit(25). The bias tape closely adheres to the breast. The extrusion pressing unit is protruded ad adheres to the breast. The oppression release unit does not adhere to the breast and does not press the blood vessel or lymphatic vessel.
