PURPOSE: An apparatus for turning and transferring a vertical elevator system is provided to load and extract products at a right position of a transferring bucket, consecutively moving in a buffer system, and in time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for turning and transferring a vertical elevator system comprises a turning device(100) and an intermediate transferring device(200). The turning device comprises a driving motor and changes the direction of an upper unit at 90° with a 90° rotated index motor and a rotary shaft. Side rollers operated by the driving motor transfer products to a stopper. The intermediate transferring device comprises a lower unit. The lower unit is vertically moved by a hydraulic device and a cylinder to load the products to a vertical elevator after transferring the products, of which transferring direction is changed at 90° by the turning device, to a fixed plate at the top of a transferring unit being a slide structure.
