PURPOSE: A device for cleaning the upper side of a tube sheet of a steam generator in a nuclear power plant is provided to efficiently remove deposits from the upper side of a tube sheet by spraying water of high pressure using a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A hand hole flange(110) is attached to a hand hole of a steam generator in a nuclear power plant. A guide rail(120) is installed between a heat pipe and a separation plate of the steam generator in the nuclear power plant. A shaft(130) reciprocates along the guide rail. A nozzle(140) is installed in the end of the shaft and sprays water of high pressure. A first driving unit(150) rotates the shaft.
