<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin seal apparatus of permanent magnets which achieves high productivity and workability and enables low-cost operations. <P>SOLUTION: A resin seal apparatus of permanent magnets has: a lower mold 17 provided with first heating means, which allows a rotator laminate iron core 12 to be placed thereon, heats the rotator laminate iron core 12 from below, and moves up or down; an upper mold 21 provided with second heating means, which is mounted on the rotator laminate iron core 12 and heats the rotator laminate iron core 12 from above, and multiple pots 19 for placing a material 18 of a resin member 15; a fixed frame 22 arranged and fixed so as to be located above the upper mold 21 and form a space with the upper mold 21 at a downward movement limit position; and multiple plungers 23 penetrating through the fixed frame 22 and pressurizing the resin member 15 put in the pots 19 of the upper mold 21 moved up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
