PURPOSE: Spicy seafood stew or soup containing meat ingredients, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the stew or the soup to eaters after aging meat with aging sauce. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Spicy seafood stew containing meat ingredients comprises the following steps: preparing the meat ingredients by mixing 50~100parts of mutton by weight, 70~200parts of mallard meat by weight, and 70~300parts of chicken by weight; inserting aging sauce into the meat ingredients; aging the meat ingredients for 20~30hours at 2~7deg C; adding stock into the aged meat ingredients; and inserting seafood and vegetables into the meat ingredients, and heating the mixture. |
