The present invention provides a method for processing reference signal configuration information in a wireless communication system, base station and terminal; the method comprises: a base station transmits the a first reference signal configuration information and at least one second reference signal configuration information to a terminal so that the terminal detects the downlink channel state information according to the first reference signal configuration information and at least one second reference signal configuration information; the first reference signal configuration information comprises the configuration information of the reference signals transmitted by an antenna port identified by the number of first ports, the second reference signal configuration information comprises the configuration information of the reference signals transmitted by at least one of the other antenna ports configured by the base station excluding the antenna port identified by the number of first ports, and the number of the first ports is a preset number of ports. The base station of the present invention can transmit the configuration information of the reference signals transmitted by any number of ports to the terminal, thereby improving the configuration flexibility and configuration efficiency of the antenna ports of the base station.
