<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for transfer-printing having superior productivity, which provides superior matte effect of a matte decorative molded article. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate for transfer-printing as one embodiment is a laminate laminated with a base film formed of a polyvinyl alcohol-based film containing a filler, a curable resin layer and a design layer, in this order.
