METHOD FOR PRODUCING CALCIUM PHOSPHATE FROM INCINERATION ASH AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce from incineration ash calcium phosphate producible of calcium superphosphate having a stable property with the use amount of sulfuric acid that is the same level as used when the calcium superphosphate is produced from phosphate ore as a raw material.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the calcium phosphate from the incineration ash includes: a phosphate extracting process where the incineration ash and alkaline reaction liquid are mixed to obtain a mixture of an aluminun-containing phosphate extract and alkali-treated ash; a solid-liquid separating process where the mixture of the aluminun-containing phosphate extract and the alkali-treated ash is solid-liquid separated; an aluminosilicate depositing process where the aluminun-containing phosphate extract separated in the solid-liquid separating process and silicon-containing solution are mixed to obtain a mixture of aluminosilicate and phosphate-containing liquid; a solid-liquid separating process where the mixture of the aluminosilicate and the phosphate-containing liquid is solid-liquid separated; and a calcium phosphate depositing process where the phosphate-containing liquid separated in the solid-liquid separating process and a calcium compound are mixed to deposit the calcium phosphate. And a device suitable for the method for producing the same is provided.
