<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential device that can increase supply of a lubricant to a slidable part between a pinion gear and a pinion shaft in high-speed rotation of a case. <P>SOLUTION: The differential device 1 includes: a pair of side gears 5 that are housed in a rotatable case 2; three pinion gears 9; the pinion shaft 10 that rotatably supports the pinion gears 9; the pinion shaft 10 that rotatably supports the pinion gears 9; the slidable part 11 between the pinion gears 9 and the pinion shaft 10; a supporting part 12 that supports the pinion shaft 10; and an opening 13 that can supply the lubricant 18 from outside the case 2 into the case 2 in communication with inside and outside the case 2. The device includes a lubricant storage part 23 for containing the lubricant 18, that continues in a rotary shaft C side of the case 2 of a gap of the slidable part 11 in either the pinion gear 9 or the pinion shaft 10, and is composed of a space opening toward the rotary shaft C side of the case 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
