According to the present invention, the device for editing an electronic picture book includes a storage unit storing an original electronic picture book, and a picture book editing unit which extracts a page to be edited from the original electronic picture book that was requested to be edited from the storage unit, and displays the extracted page, generates a multimedia page by synchronizing a recorded sound signal of the user with the displayed page for editing, and stores the multimedia page in the storage unit.
