<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction control system in which a transaction can be continued even if the transaction cannot be performed by a terminal in operation, and a transaction control method. <P>SOLUTION: In a transaction control system, a management server includes a storage unit and a configuration management unit. The storage unit stores a configuration table which stores states of devices connected to a plurality of terminals, respectively, and stores correlation among procedures of a transaction, devices required for the procedures and operations of the devices in the procedures. When a retrieval request of a transaction terminal in which a transaction continuation is enabled is received from another transaction terminal, the configuration management unit specifies the transaction continuation enabled transaction terminal from the configuration table and transmits an instruction which causes the specified transaction continuation enabled transaction terminal to continue the transaction, and an extraction list in which devices required for continuing the transaction and operations of the devices in the procedures are correlated. Among transaction terminals, a first terminal which requests continuation of a transaction acquires the configuration table from the management server and executes the transaction in accordance with the procedures contained in the acquired configuration table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
