PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive composition giving excellent light resistance and heat resistance while maintaining good pattern forming property.

SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive composition contains (A) a coloring material having a phthalocyanine skeleton, (B) a solvent, (C) a polymerizable monomer, (D) a binder resin, (E) a photopolymerization initiator and (F) a compound expressed by general formula (1). In general formula (1) R1and R2each independently represent a connecting group having a valency of 2 to 4; Y1and Y2each independently represent a divalent connecting group; P1and P2each independently represent a polymerizable group; and m and n each independently represent an integer of 1 or more and 3 or less.
