摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the like capable of adjusting an equilibrium point of bandwidth allocations among one or more base stations in a network. <P>SOLUTION: In a particular embodiment, a method includes providing one or more network tuning constants associated with one or more base stations of a wireless network. The network tuning constants are configured to adjust an equilibrium point of a first bandwidth allocation among the one or more base stations. The method also includes receiving one or more signal performance values from each of the one or more base stations in the wireless network. The method further includes determining whether at least one of the one or more network tuning constants needs to be adjusted. The method additionally includes, upon determining that at least one of the one or more network tuning constants needs to be adjusted, adjusting the one or more network tuning constants based at least in part on the one or more signal performance values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
