<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a wide range of vibration states. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a rotor SF rotatable around a prescribed rotation axis C; a driving section ACT to rotationally drive the rotor SF; an eccentric section UB attached to the rotor SF so that the same integrally rotates with the rotor SF and a position of a gravitational center when the eccentric section UB is in a state of being integrated with the rotor SF is away from the rotation axis C; and a protection section COV to cover a space on a rotational trajectory of the eccentric section UB.
