摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A R-FE-B sintered magnet with improved mechanical properties and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process since both improved coercive force and mechanical properties are provided by changing the fine structure of a sintered magnet. CONSTITUTION: A dihedral angle which is made by contacting two neighboring R2Fe14B2 crystal grains and an R-rich phase is below 70°in an R-Fe(Ferrum)-B(Boron)(R=Nd(Neodymium), Dy(Dysprosium), Pr(Praseodymium), Tb(Terbium), Ho(Holmium), La(Lanthanum), Ce(Cerium), Sm(Samarium), Gd(Gadolinium), Er(Erbium), Tm(Thulium), Yb(Ytterbium), Lu(Lutetium), Th(Thorium)) sintered magnetic in which the R2Fe14B2 crystal grains are surrounded by the R-rich phase. The dihedral angle can be formed into be below 55°. A thickness of the R-rich phase between the R2Fe14B crystal grains is formed to be over 10nm.</p>
