<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a novel marker of the arteriosclerosis and to provide determination means of the arteriosclerosis using the marker. <P>SOLUTION: It is possible to determine the arteriosclerosis by quantitatively detecting soluble sortilin in human blood sample, thereby solving the problem. The determination of the arteriosclerosis includes one type or more selected from a group comprising determination of a progress of the arteriosclerosis, determination of an onset risk of the arteriosclerotic disease, detection of the arteriosclerotic disease, and determination of therapeutic effects on the arteriosclerotic disease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
