<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation device that provides right and left eyes with different videos respectively, thereby enabling a still image to be obtained when they are stereoscopically viewed. <P>SOLUTION: An image generation device performs Hilbert transform processing on a base image to generate a Hilbert-transformed image, and further performs temporal modulation processing on the base image and the Hilbert-transformed image respectively. The image generation device combines the base image and the Hilbert-transformed image that are subjected to the temporal modulation processing to generate one image to be a right or left eye image, and combines the base image and the Hilbert-transformed image that are subjected to the temporal modulation processing at a phase different from that in generating the one image by 90 degrees to generate the other image to be a left or right eye image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
