<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight and the cost of a wiring harness and maintain high heat radiation effect even though electric wires forming the wiring harness are layered. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring harness arrangement structure includes multiple flat wires 11, each of which is formed by coating a conductor 12 formed by arranging multiple core wires 12a in parallel or a conductor having a rectangular cross section with a resin 13. In a region where the multiple flat wires 11 are layered, a first metal braid wire 14 is placed over at least one of outer peripheral surfaces of the flat wires 11, which are located adjacent to each other by layering, to be disposed between adjacent surfaces of the layered flat wires 11.
