<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an arbitrary communication route from such as a monitoring device by using an IP encapsulation system. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a traffic control system using a destination address on the occurrence of congestion in an IP network. A monitoring terminal 117 instructs a starting point target router 102 and an ending point target router 107 in a route change to perform encapsulation and perform routing addition of an encapsulation target segment and an encapsulated IP address. The monitoring terminal 117 also performs routing table registration of the encapsulated IP address registered in the 102 and 107 to a relay router 114. For example, the starting point target router 102 encapsulates a packet and transmits it to the relay router 114; the relay router 114 transfers the encapsulated packet to the ending point target router 107; and the ending point target router 107 decapsulates the packet and transfers it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
