<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body brush that can be used anytime anywhere without water nor soap and that is designed to recover from fatigue and to relieve stress by means of stimulation of therapeutic points. <P>SOLUTION: A body brush 1 in which a plurality of projections 2 having a diameter of 0.1-5 mm and a length of 2-30 mm are provided on the upper surface of a mat.
