<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for elevating and lowering a fire fighting device loaded on an automobile, capable of horizontally moving a ladder or a lifesaving tool container or the like in the front-back direction of the automobile and automatically turning it. <P>SOLUTION: The device for elevating and lowering a fire fighting device loaded on an automobile includes: a slide mechanism 14 for moving a fire fighting device 12 in the front-back direction of a fire engine 11; a rotary shaft rotated by a motor; and a slider 144 moved in right-left directions by the rotation of the rotary shaft. A bed 13 provided on the upper part of the slide mechanism is movable in the horizontal direction by the movement of the slider. Also, the bed is turnable in the vertical direction in the state of mounting the fire fighting device. The bed freely turnably connected to an arm 17 is turned around a hinge 16, a first turning shaft 171 and a second turning shaft 172 by the movement of the slider. The fire fighting device attached onto the bed is turned to a roughly vertical state by the turning of the bed and is stopped at such a position that it can be easily detached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
