<p>The present invention relates to new methods of diagnosing several autoimmune diseases. More particularly the present invention relates to methods and compositions for detecting anti-heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein autoantibodies for diagnosing these autoimmune diseases. More in particular, the present invention relates to methods and compositions for detecting anti- heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins-E, -F, -H, -A1, and -B1, including any combinations of these, for diagnosing autoimmune diseases, more in particular for diagnosing Sjögren's syndrome, mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) and dermatomyositis (DM).</p> |
