<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic gear that allows downsizing, high-output, and effective cooling of a rotating machine by solving the problem in which a magnetic gear, when mounted in conventional rotating machines having a cooling mechanism where a centrifugal blower attached to a rotary shaft generates airflow in a cooling air path for cooling down heat radiated from the rotating machines, causes an increase in volume of a whole system because the rotating machines, the cooling mechanism, and the magnetic gear are provided separately from one another. <P>SOLUTION: An air blower is connected to any one of an inner rotor, an outer rotor, and a middle rotor, of a magnetic gear, and a hole as a cooling air path is bored in each or any one of the inner rotor, the outer rotor, and the middle rotor.
