<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit, a semiconductor device, a disconnection detecting method, and a disconnection detecting program, which are capable of appropriately detecting the disconnection of signal lines regarding a battery. <P>SOLUTION: In the case the disconnection detection of a signal line Ln is executed, a potential lower than that of a signal line Ln-1 having a potential lower than that of the signal line Ln is supplied to the signal line Ln, and the potentials of the signal line Ln and signal line Ln-1 are compared, and when a potential of a signal line Lc is larger than that of a signal line Li (output OUT=L level), no disconnection is detected, and when the potential of the signal line Lc is smaller than that of the signal line Li (output OUT=H level), disconnection is detected. A potential higher than that of a signal line Ln+1 having a potential higher than that of the signal line Ln is supplied to the signal line Ln, and the potentials of the signal line Ln and signal line Ln+1 are compared, and when the potential of the signal line Lc is smaller than that of the signal line Li (output OUT=H level), no disconnection is detected, and when the potential of the signal line Lc is larger than that of the signal line Li (output OUT=L level), disconnection is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
