METHOD OF ASSEMBLING TUBE WITH BUILT-IN INNER FIN FOR HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of assembling a tube with built-in inner fin for a heat exchanger which can shorten the assembling time.

SOLUTION: The method includes: a tube sheet conveying step of alternately supplying and conveying a first tube sheet 1b and a second tube sheet 1c on a first line L1; an inner fin conveying step of supplying and conveying an inner fin 1d on a second line L2; an inner fin transferring step in which the inner fine 1d is arranged in a recess 1a while synchronizing the second tube sheet 1c during conveying on the first line L1; a tube sheet combination step in which the first tube sheet 1b is reversed to cover the second tube sheet 1c while synchronizing and conveying in the tube sheet conveying step on the first line L1; a tube sheet caulking step of stopping a synchronous operation of the tube sheet conveying step and the tube sheet combination step and caulking both tube sheets 1b and 1c; and a sending out step of taking out a tube 1 with built-in inner fin.
