Provided is a stent graft that is resistant to wrinkles and thus excellent in end-leak prevention, that stimulates the penetration of cells into the spaces in microfibers in a dispersed state, and that has excellent graft migration prevention properties in order to aid integration of cells in the stent landing zone. This stent graft uses, in a range that is at least one centimeter from the proximal side end, a stent graft fabric that is a textile that is essentially constituted by single micro fibers having a single fiber fineness of 0.5 dtex, the textile using microfiber bundles as warp and/or weft where the total fiber fineness is 10 to 60 dtex/120-3000 filaments, and having a microfiber bundle porosity of 30 to 95%. |
